Nohra Adams is a clinician turned health coach who is passionate about promoting health and wellness. She founded The Healthy Fig, a personal and corporate health coaching company in California’s Silicon Valley, where she helps busy professionals improve their health in simple and attainable ways. Nohra helps her clients take control of their health by gradually introducing healthy eating and living practices specific to their body and lifestyle, Nohra has been practicing as a physician assistant specializing in family practice and reproductive health for over ten years. She is also a health correspondent for The Nineveh Show, which is a prime time show on the Assyrian National Broadcasting satellite channel. When Nohra isn’t promoting health or blogging about it, she is a wife and mommy of two. During her spare time she is a fitness junkie and avid hiker who loves the great outdoors.
